Almost 60% to 80% of women don’t wear the correct bra size and one major factor is the lack of support they have.  Here are some conman problems that might suggest that your bra may be too big or too small.

Please, look this question:

1. Do you have red marks around your body after taking off your bra?
2. Do your breasts pop out of the sides and top of your bra?
3. Does the back band ride up above your shoulder blades?




4. Do your bra cups look wrinkly or can you pinch the top of the cup on your bra and there still room?
5. Does your bra centerpiece sit away from your body?

If you have a yes to any of these questions then your bra is either to big or to small and you need to change the size of your bra.

Please be aware that bras can be very much like shoes in the aspect of that they vary in size and manufacturer. Even though the label says it is your size if still very well could be a wrong fit for you, we are all made different. Please always try it on before you buy it or other women underwear.

Most all women wear bras to help “show off” or “flatter” there figure as well as to prevent physical problems such as upper and lower back pain. You may also have shoulder and neck pain which can be caused by the lack of support or padding on your straps. That can also mean that you need to check your band size as well as the cup size so that you are not in any pain at all.

Bras can also help hide the fact (especially for bigger breasted women) that you may be sagging a little even at a young age, it also helps women that are a little later in life hide the fact that they are sagging.

I hope you check your bra at least every 6 month because your breast to do change a lot through out your life span. OK!
